If you are coming by car:
Tauern motorway from Salzburg, Bischofshofen exit - towards Zell am See, just after Taxenbach take the turn-off for Rauris.
In Rauris take the West exit, then after 200m before Intersport take a right into Marktstrasse, after 50m the Birkenhof is located on the right hand side.
If you are coming via Munich (no motorway 'vignette' toll):
Your navigation unit will show you the route via Embach. That is a relatively narrow mountain road; best to drive via Taxenbach to Rauris!
If you are arriving by train:
Get out at Taxenbach-Rauris station, from there take a bus or taxi to Hotel Birkenhof.
The closest express train station is Zell am See or Schwarzach (approx. 25 km). From Zell am See a Postbus takes you to Rauris. Take a taxi from Schwarzach to reach us.
